Miway has dropped the ball big time. I pay my premiums on time every month and they can't fix my bumper. They sent me a quote for 1 panel beater in Port Elizabeth and I asked if that's the only Miway approved panel beater in the whole of Port Elizabeth and Uitenhage area (Nelson Mandela Bay area). I was told that they would get back to me and I am still waiting, I think two weeks now, still no feedback. I think that all my premiums should be paid back to me and my Miway account cancelled. I would've had this bumper fixed within a week. I can't believe that this insurer also throws an email in my face about 13 years of growth, but they can't fix the bumper of my car. Also, your law department has not got back to me about the company truck that caused the accident. You said that you'd be dealing with them and no feedback. Your agents are very friendly, but I don't need friendliness now, I need my bumper fixed.
