*********** Employees

My way is a good insurance but there is *********** employees like SANET JACOBS WHO DONT RESPECT PEOPLE and definately take people for granted and they will loose people because of such employees. My car was involved in an accident on the 23rd of November and I sent all the required paperwork on the 25th to her. She just sat there doing nothing doesn't respond her mails she cant even send simple postnet details . According to my contract im supposed to be getting a courtesy car she didnt even bother to arrange for one Im using 6 taxis to go to work per day but was paying Miway R1500. There was a nice lady that helped within 24 hours she was complete with my claim but now the madam Sanet must take over and I told her I'm gonna wait for 3 weeks for the madam to call me back while im traveling with taxis Im very upset. Honestly such employees make you to reconsider going back to the same insurance
