While we highly appreciate miway for always approving our claims and with this just giving us the assurance that our insurance is really there for us when we need it.

We've never had to deal with an *********** claims agent such as Vuyo veliso. That dude almost NEVER respond to emails and his phone is ALWAYS on voicemail,basically hard to get hold of. The way in which he is handling our claim is very annoying to say the least!!!
