Called Miway today to register a claim today. The took down all the info and promised me that the people who are gonna tow my vehicle will call me. They also said I must go wait at Sharpeville SAPS police station, where my vehile is. I went, and waited all day. No call, nothing. At about 5pm I call them again. Trying find out what happened to my claim. Giving them a second chance to fix it. They simply brushed me off again, "we will call you". How sad is this? I'm traumatized by this level of service.
