Incompetency and False Information

After my accident, I had to pay R8000.00 as part of my excess. I then started the process of recovering that excess from the other party which was responsible for the accident. I was advised by the councilor to get a cession letter that would give me permission from MiWay to claim my excess. Everytime I called before the court date, and requested to speak to \Mo"I got a reply of we'll ask her to call you back and she never did. I asked her to give me the cession letter a day before the court case and she told me she would find out from her supervisor if its possible and call me back"
