Incompetence and pathetic service

Hi Gugu Renus and everyone involved in the matter of invoice,refund and recording.

The contract with MiWay can be terminated as off 31Oct for my husband due to pathetic,unreasonable behavior,miscommunication and misconduct of billing done without proper tow and locksmith driver that is able to leave client within 5mins away and not bother to check up client.

The trip is unallocated for other tracking purpose but full invoice was paid.

Thank you for nothing and CANCEL ,OUTSURANCE might do a better job and this pending matter will be escalated.
