Incompetence

<p>My husband was invloved in a car accident in JHB a few weeks ago - if you check my policy you will see that as per my last incident with you I changed addresses as myself and our children have moved to Cape Town as I received an amazing opportunity here.</p> <p> </p> <p>My husband was a passenger in the vehicle that was involved in the car accident he was medicated and taken to hospital and spent some time in hospital to recover. He notified Miway when he was able to - to claim for some items that went missing during the car accident. He spent 2 days trying to get hold of the representative handling the claim and was refused assistance as this individual was absent from work. We were eventually contacted 8 days later with a list of things we need to provide to miway - I had some clarity questions which I am still awaiting a response to - to save miway the embarrasment of the context of the correspondence please may I have someone competent contact either my husband or myself.</p>
