incident not followed up on

I reported an incident where somebody crashed into my car and the claim was approved, however in this incident the other party was wrong and i gave all the necessary information and evidence to Miway but no one is trying to re-claim my excess fro the person who caused the incident. Miway just wants me to pay and forget about it and as my insurance company that i have been loyal to for so many i am dissappointed at this. In this incident i am being failed by the people that should be fighting for me.

Even for my claim to be processed i had to complain first. The person that was given my case Letlhoana never answers his phone.
