Incentives ****

Miway has an incentive for taking an insurance online, it will refund an average premium of the three months.

I did a quotation online on the 30th July and everything was done online, the policy was effective from 1 August. I wanted to add an additional car to my existing policy and I accepted the quote online.

Three months down the line i remembered the incentive reward, yesterday (15th October 2019 ) I called miway to enquire about claiming the incentive and I was told it is only applicable to new clients and not existing client, no where in your T& Cs does it state that.

Maybe its time to move my insurance.
