Inability to pay back the money

I never realized that a company can be so useless until now.<br> Don't get me wrong...when you want to be part of the MyWay team then everything is done superbly.<br> <br> It's when they need to pay you back that's when they are completely and absolutely useless.<br> <br> I got into an accident in October 2013 where the other person drove into me. I then got my car fixed in March/April 2014. And I am still waiting for my excess to be paid back.<br> Now I know that payment is not a guarantee, but if someone drives into you then surely you can get the money back.<br> I have spoken to the claims department in April 2014 and they said the other insurance was only willing to pay back 75% which MyWay did not accept.<br> Then I spoke to them January this year and they said the other insurance is only willing to pay back 70%! Someone needs some training in negotiation, because you're going backwards!<br> I told them they can give me 75% of my excess back and if they get back more then they can keep it.<br> I then proceeded to cancel my account ending February 2015.<br> And of course you had to F%$K that up as well by debiting my account for MARCH!<br> I got hold of MyWay on 2 March and asked them to pay back the money. Still waiting!!!
