***** IN THE MIWAY INSURANCE BROKERS

Be careful when you have your insurance with Miway as when you insure specified items at a specific value, they refuse to provide a product to the same value, as they provide a product the a value less than half of the insured value and then want to pay out less than what you should get, we had a phone insured for R7000.00 with a access of R1000.00 with would mean to my knowledge that your are supposed to get a phone to the same value that you have being paying for how long, now they want to give us a replacement phone to the value of R2799.00 and make a payout of R1976.00 what happened to the balance R1225.00, they also say that the other option is to pay us out the value of R6320.00 because their site the access is only R680.00 but my contract shows R1000.00, when i chose the latter it was refused, please learn from my experience MIWAY is out there to take people money and not to keep their word on what is on paper and so by the way, they don't phone their clients back and it took me over 4 days to find out what is going on as their service provider phoned me to find out what is wrong with the phone, and to inform me that they have sent their report back to MIWAY, BE CAREFULL MIWAY IS A *****ULANT COMPANY.!!!
