In the beginning I must say I was okay with them

In the beginning I must say I was okay with them. But the treatment after I must say I'm highly disappointed. They never assisted me during an attempted hijacking didn't come to the scene and no phone call. Okay fine I later realised the person who helped me join did not add smash and grab so I can't claim back the money paid. Then now I get a debit order on a wrong date and not informed about the yearly increase. So personally I'm withdrawing from being a member.
