In march i was involved in a car accident

In march i was involved in a car accident.my car was taken to Harrismith panel beaters. And i was told my car is fixable. I will get it after 15 days. I got an email and sms to go collect my car. I called the panel beaters my car was not fixed. I call insurance i was told my car is written off. without being updated what's so ever. Then i was told i need to get a settlement letter from the bank i did so. But every time i contact insurance i get different story and I don't get any update from Palesa and i did say i need a car i have a child with disability using a wheelchair but that doesn't take to consideration im very frustrated. Im not happy at all
