In December when my car was involved in an accident, I was told to wait for the car to be assessed then I will get a rental car. I became angry and wrote and email about the matter cause I wasn't even sure how long it take MiWay to assess it. Few minutes after I sent the email, a guy by the name of Mandla Msiza called, I remember I was in tears cause I needed a car so urgently to go spend holidays with my family. He told me that they received my email and he will handle my complain. He did and I must say I'm very grateful Mr Msiza because of you I managed to spend Christmas holidays with my family especially my kids. The 5 star ratings is all because of him.
