Impressive service
Called Miway up yesterday for assistance with a flat battery. Got through to Tumi who was delightful, very friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I was assisted. He even called me afterwards to make sure that I was ok and that I got home safely. It is reassuring to know that my insurer has people of his caliber who go the extra mile for their clients! Thank you Tumi!
