Impressive service.

I was involved in an accident on the 2nd of October as I tried to avoid a head on collusion with a speeding bakkie driving in my lane. I fell into a ditch and my car was damaged. After calling the police I then called MiHelp and in no time they had arranged a tow truck to come and assist me. They also kept on asking me if i needed any further assistance and i really well-looked after.

The following Thursday, an Assessor called me and advised me that they were now waiting for the Panel beater's report to determine the way forward. I was quite impressed with the manner and speed they responded to my query. I have been with MiWay for more than 12 months and this was my first claim. All I can say is that the service was phenomenal and I am looking forward to solution which will make feel that MiWay can be there for its clients in their times on need. Keep up the good work.
