Impressive Handling of my cancellation

Bought a new vehicle and wanted to upgrade my policy to cover this vehicle, the initial person of contact from MiWay gave me quotation that was at least R 500 more than the highest quote I received from a competing insurance company. <br> <br> MiWay proactively contacted me, on the day that I intended to cancel my insurance policy with them, to check if I had made a decision on taking the proposed cover, unfortunately I had signed up with a competitor and had to cancel my cover with MiWay. <br> <br> I was put through to a gentleman by the name of Ntokozo Mjokane who is a senior financial adviser at MiWay and he let me know that he would've offered me a much better quotation had the initial call gone through to him. He was courteous and understanding, really with I had dealt with him from the onset. <br> <br> He is the only reason Is the only reason I kept my profile open with Miway in hopes of moving back to them at a later stage this year. <br> <br> Great Service.
