On 14 June 2018 I needed vehicle assistance - which was also the first time that I tried this service. I was really impressed. Ntokozo assisted me. Good communication eg when and what will happen. He followed up if the technician arrived (which arrived much earlier than expected) and later he phoned again to ensure that I was OK. Information regarding the status of my call-outs status I got via sms. Well done.
