Impressed by the MiWay Team, Christina Mafa and Andrew Kekana.. and thanks for the premium review! :)

Been with MiWay for 4 years now. I am very happy to say that MiWay has been great! I called in to get my premium reviewed today. The service received was exceptional. Senior consultant, Christina Mafa, was clear, concise and very polite. She explained what was necessary for me to know as the client and asked relevant questions. She took the time to listen to my responses carefully before moving onto the next thing. The initial call took less than 12 minutes, which highlights Christina's high level of competency. Christina was so kind as to request that she phone me back because she noticed that I was calling from a cellphone and did not want me to finish my airtime. Christina completed my request and called back promptly. Good on MiWay for having really GREAT consultants like Christina Mafa!

Also big ups to Andrew Kekana. He's the MiWay guy who helped me sign onto Hello Peter to write this review for Christina. He was patient and polite. He emphasized that my reviews really do matter! He went all the way back to my review in 2017 and told me that Nimrod Mabena, whose awesome service I reviewed back then, is now a manager at Miway!! What an amazing encouragement! Big ups to the MiWay Team for having each other's backs!

My premium was revised downward and thanks for that, MiWay! But something to really shout about is the awesome interaction with real people who love their jobs. Love it! Absolutely wonderful!
