From the first interaction my experience was a pleasant one.thank you to Giovan Ferris the happy chap on the other side of the phone who managed to convince me to join miway.
Talk about great service, quick response , quick turn around time, continuous progress updates. I am impressed with the service i received.
Was in an accident on 12.01.2018 everything was done and claim authorised in 11 days.
I was worried about the outcome seeing that i had just joined mi way and they haven't even collected a cent by the time of an accident.
Despite everything my claim was authorised.
A big thank you to the team the call center personel who took the call when i called to report the incident and most importantly Thinus Van Dyk.
