Impossible to cancel with Miway
I've been trying to cancel my car insurance policy for 10 days already. Thier phone number has the most useless voice prompts, which also never returns your call when you leave your number. You hold on forever and the call eventually cuts. The website and app aren't user friendly and doesn't allow for cancellations either. I've emailed them too with my query but no response from anyone just yet.... I guess when they're ready to get in touch with me instead....?
