Impossible to cancel policy

I have been trying to cancel my policy for months now. After several calls and emails and false promises from Miway, they continue to deduct on a monthly basis. I have been told that it has been cancelled and that i will get my money back. Yet, they now owe me thousands of rands and still continue to deduct from my account. Out of pure desperation i am now resorting to social media platforms, in the hope that i can spare someone else this pain, and that someone from Miway reads this and can actualy once and for all cancel my policy!
