Impossible to cancel insurance

<p>I've recently been trying to cancel my motor vehicle insurance policy after 3 years with miway. Beside my broker trying many times, I've been trying daily for the past 6 days, all i get is unreasonable questions as to why im cancelling and thereafter a long hold to a cancellation department, only to be told they are busy and ill recieve a call back shortly. I've still not recieved any call whatsoever. After constantly trying , i was promised an automatic recall, only to get a silent tone on the other line after holding on for 10 minutes at a time. It's service like this that assures me I'm making the right choice moving on to another service provider </p>
