Impossible to cancel a policy with Miway

It is seemingly impossible to cancel an insurance policy with Miway. I have been struggling for months now, have sent documents through multiple times, have heard excuses about people who have resigned, have been promised to multiple times that it is going to be cancelled. Yet, they continue to deduct money, i have not received the thousands of rands that I am owed, and no confirmation of policy cancellation.
