Impossible to Cancel

Don't be fooled by the great Hello Peter rating - they have clients filling out Hello Peter reviews while on the phone with them. Not very objective right? I have been trying to cancel my insurance since 31 May 2018. It has been a week and three days and I still have not spoken to anyone who can cancel my policy. When you phone and hold for a representative, you have to be transferred to retention after giving all your details. Once, the line went silent after 10 minutes of holding and another time I was told I will be called back. I filled in numerous 'call me back' on the website. I have been phoned twice (on two different days) when I did not have my phone with me and if I call back the number it goes to voicemail. They probably have one person cancelling policies which makes it impossible to cancel.
