Impeccable Service
I was assisted by Masego Mogakane. To say her service was excellent is an understatement. She was super friendly, very empathetic and she ensured that my claim was processed the right way. She wasn’t even assigned to my case, yet when I called to follow up, she took my claim as her own. True definition of customer service.
