impact sensor to be added to my tracker

called miway on the 25th spoke to a consulatant i wanted them to load the impact alert sensor to my tracker they said they will send through the request to tracker department and it takes up to 72 hours,up until now i havent received any calls from miway nor the trracking department

im not sure where the problem ls but im not happy at all
