I'm working with a very nice and helpful lady, Candice. I was stressed and didn't really know how to explain myself, but she's very patient and understanding even though I speak very bad English. It was my first time going through something like this and she really made me relax. She was very quick to respond and send my claim number and I appreciate that a lot.
