im very up upset at the lack of assistance from Miway

<p>i was in a car accident on the 23rd of March and till today i dont have a car, its the 20th today so its 2months later that i dont have a car. i still pay my premiums with no fail, but miway is really letting me down.</p> <p>they took over 3weeks to come to the conclusion if they would be writting my car off or fixing it, then over a month and the car is still not fixed after the assessor had confirmed that the car is in a condition which can be fixed.</p> <p>the panelbeaters assigned to fix the car is Action Panelbeaters in Kempton Park. i have been speaking to a guy by the name of Tazz his been giving me contradictory information every time i call to follow up. 3 weeks ago they were spraying the car and i would have collected the car the following week, that week when i called no the car is in many pieces and now his not sure when it will be fixed, but he will push that its fixed by this week. today he tells me the car doesn’t start, but 3 weeks ago he had said he needs to put petrol in the car so he can drive the car to the otherside of the workshop.</p> <p>and the most frustrating thing is i was told by my insurance miway that i can’t have a curtesy car/hire car, as my accident happened 2 days before the start of that policy. and then they dont even follow up with the panelbeaters i have been calling every day and wity no help from the insurance.</p> <p>i have two kids who i cant even take to school since i dont have a car and transport where we stay and scool is really a problem. please please can someone help, i need to get my car back in good condition. because i pay everymonth for this.</p> <p> </p>
