I'M THE MOST SATISFIED MIWAY CUSTOMER

While Zandile Rose Gumede was doing her investigations after our online Chat, I was skeptical to post a review without having received feedback from her. But then I decided I'd give a 4-star rating because somehow she had solved my concerns partially while we were busy on the chat, that was around 10AM.

@12:09pm Zandile called me back (I was shocked) because I had read a couple of 1-star reviews and I was starting to think I posted my review a bit too early, but wait for it...

Zandi confirmed that MiWay will take the hit on my behalf and has credited my Policy with the bank charges amount which I incurred during the billing error that went through, because MiWay had ALREADY debited my account for the month.

I want to say: Power to You Zandi for taking action and being responsible and accountable. & Power to you MiWay for your generosity for taking a bullet for me. Give Zandi & MiWay a BELLS!! :) :) :)
