I'm so so so angry a...
I'm so so so angry and disappointed in my way insurance, I called to report that my car is damaged, and that guy thabiso mashaba requested the pics of the car and he will comeback to me for the cost and whether I have to pay access or not.. two days later he calls and let me know that I dnt have to pay for any access instead I just need to take my car to this panelbeaters in Lenasia and that's what I did.. now I am collecting my car and I'm told about the access of R12000..😡 I take back my good rewiew I made about my way insurance after all this I'm leaving my way... I AM SO FURIOUS AND ANGRY

22 Jul 2023, 12:24Your playing messing up with people, and this is what you do because you were able to send me the voice clip of where I'm lodging a claim but the important one where Thabiso is saying I dnt have to pay anything, and you sent it after 2hours why after two hours because the clip for the claim I was able to get it so quick and why this one comes after 2hours? Because you were tempering with it, I'm not crazy i still remember my conversation with Thabiso and your covering for him or that's how you work. The conversation doesn't even make sense because you tempered with the clip, there are no cost of any kind being discussed even that access that you edited doesn't even mention the cost you guys edited the voice clip that's why it took you two hours to send it but the other one you were able to send it quick in the morning. But I have cancelled my policy with you, you don't take yourselves serious because how can you cover this and in this kind of manner and you expect me to pay you premiums??
