I'm sick of Miway

I have app**** for motor insurance with Miway. After approving my application they told me that, they will send their tracker company. C Tracker was sent to me by Miway . C Tracker installed tracker and inspected my car . I requested proof for the installation, but they said they will send it , to Miway. I was surprised when Miway emailed me , to say that my car is not covered , because they haven't received proof that my tracker was installed . They have debited the first instalment and about to debit second one. My problem is I did request the documents from the company that, they appointed . I don't know who C Tracker is and I have no plans to know them .

Why Miway is not contacting C Tracker to request the documents , I don't know. But they have the nerve to email me and tell me that my car is not covered.
