Im sending 4 stars cos it took a bit long

Im sending 4 stars cos it took a bit long. But I am currently on holiday in Franschoek and accidently locked my car keys in the boot of my vehicle. I reported the incident on the app and within 10-20 minutes I got called from both Miway and then the service provider assuring me someone is on the way. They told me its gonna take an hour for someone to get to me but ended up taking more than 2, which was fine considering Im on an estate and wasnt planning on going anywhere, was only concerned about getting it done today. The guy finally arrived and within two minutes my car was open and my key was in my hand. Thank you, this is customer service beyond.
