I’m impressed so far with the service I am getting at MiWay insurance as new customer. I made a phone call requesting additional service on my policy. Kagiso didn’t even asked me for my ID or policy number so she can get access to my policy on the system, it seems like the system just picked up the policy using my cellphone number which is something other insurers do not have. I was assisted and I was treated with respect and kagiso was so professional during our conversation
