I’m giving four star because of the wonderful service provided by Noluthando Ngcobo, she was patient with me and listened to my request unfortunately the 5 star would have been for receiving what I requested which is a fixed premium on my car insurance

I’m giving four star because of the wonderful service provided by Noluthando Ngcobo, she was patient with me and listened to my request unfortunately the 5 star would have been for receiving what I requested which is a fixed premium on my car insurance. Unfortunately it was not up to her and she had to transfer me to someone else so the 4star goes solely for her service and not MiWay because my request was not fulfilled
