im disapointed

i had a flat tire on monday evening the 05.04.2021 my way ddnt assist me with any thing ,they where asking me stupid questions and telling me that they can only tow the car with 2 people i was from eastern cape what about other people in my car and why am i paying for a caretecy car if i cant be assisted at night,they played with my safety they only called me the following morning saying they went to the venue i was not there ,obviously after 4 hours of waiting....im very disappointed
