Im being inconvenienced by MiWay the ******s

1st I had to wait 5 days before a car rental was allocated to me, according to MiWay I had to request for a car hire from them. 2ndly. MiWay authorized a group A car where else I was paying for a group B car. This was ************ act from MiWay knowingly that I’m paying for group B premium. 3rd: MiWay’s representative said my car will be fixed in the 15 days max but now 20 days later my car is still not fixed because MiWay authorised a generic parts that do not fit well in my car. The panel beater are waiting for MiWay to authorized an original VW car parts. Meaning my car is not yet ready or been attended to since they are still waiting approval from MiWay.

Meanwhile I have to return the rented car to Avis because the 20 days has passed. Now I have to use taxis to commute to and from work while MiWay still to give the panel beaters authorization for parts. This is not fair because MiWay is inconveniencing me. If MiWay authorized the original car parts from the beginning I wouldn’t be inconvenienced like this.

How does MiWay expect me to travel to 3 areas to fetch my kids while using a taxi. MiWay is interested in saying cost at my expense. I am paying them a premium for a service they are depriving me off.

Now I am stranded without a transport because MiWay wanted shorts cuts and now I’m paying for it of which is unfair.

I feel very ****** and irritated by MiWay.

Their service is really pathetic and ************.
