I'm a female, was driving alone this morning and had a tyre blow out on the freeway, in a high risk area in Dbn. The cellphone signal was poor, but communication was possible via whtsapp. Nkosinathi Botlhokwane of MiWay responded to my 1st call and was able to get me help despite the poor phone signal. I was alone at about 10am in an area known for ******ies, car jacking etc. The service was good from the call Centre but the mechanic took far too long, it was almost 45min of waiting all alone on the freeway and at risk. This is my only concern that MiWay needs to address... Imagine if there was injuries?
