*******ly ran a credit check on my name

I recently got a call from miway and the agent tried to sell me insurance, i did not authorize miway permission to do a credit check on me. Miway *******ly did a credit check on my name without informing me, this has stopped me from applying for my bond because it dropped my credit scoring down. I called miway up and told them about it when i check my trans union report and right until now they did nothing about this. Also the agent didnt even know the company FSP number, how is she working under supervision if she doesnt Know the company FSP??? i have disgusted with miway and I am going to take this further and lay a complaint with the Ombudsman against Miway, this is ********* behavior and it is also *******.
