I got a call then SmS from Rhulani Khoza, stating that I was involved in accident in February with their client. I have multiple vehicles in my name, so one of the vehicle had accident hitting the street pole by himself .... etc etc no 3rd party was involved according to the driver. Miway as of above name called me accusing me of an accident imposing legal threats etc etc with No Licence number, name, contact number. Nd address of the driver who had an accident at the street pole by himself he got stuck there. I tried to provide the contact number nd Licence number for driver who had the vehicle on that very day. The person above refuse and kept stating im the owner of the vehicle im responsible. After receiving an sms of sermons i called back and spoke to a lady that was more reasonable than the first one but she no valid nor information regarding the claim from their client, only had number plate and contact details of me as the owner nothing else. The person just took number nd rush to the police and open up a report wthout drivers details as if it was hit and run of which there was no 3rd part involved probably a stranger in with damages on his/her car just took mu number and goes to launch a client. And I have to pay for that just because it happens im the vehicle owner...
