I'll treatment from Miway insurance and Panell city pannel beaters.

I had a Motto vehicle accident last year I then paid access as I was told that my vehicle will not be repaired till I do so. They selected the pannel beater for me which is Panel City in Mthatha. I paid the access fee in March 2021. To this date the vehicle is still not repaired. I am sent from piller to post. If I am not told that they are looking for cheaper parts than recommended by the assessor of which I do not understand why not using original parts I am told they are still looking for second hand parts. If I do not start communication no one does. In order for me to get a responce from both the insurance company or the Panel beater I should be the one who does follow up. I really fill agrieved as I am still paying my premiums and my access fee is with the pannel beater.
