Ignoring you to prevent contract cancellation

I have been having some issues with Miway with regards to them returning calls and providing me with incorrect numbers etc. I then found a better insurance company which offers me better prices. It has been a nightmare trying to cancel my insurance with Miway as I am unable to reach ANY “senior advisor”, everytime (more than 5 times) I am put through by the person answering the calls, because they are unable to assist with cancellations. Every single time I end up waiting on the line for long periods of times with no answer, just this same person telling me “they are experiencing high volumes of calls” and They will phone back. They never do. I have been trying to cancel this insurance and I have just been ignored, had the phone put down on me, if they are trying to get me to just leave it due to their lack of assistance and their POOR customer service, They are making a big mistake. I will be sharing my experience on social media, maybe then I will be assisted.
