Ignoring third party claim
One of their clients crashed into me. The driver was very compliant and provided me with his insurance details. I have submitted my documents for the claim and they have acknowledged it. Its been a good few weeks now with no feedback. I need my payout to repair my vehicle as it is my primary transport to work.
