ignoring my requests for feedback
following several e-mails dated:<br> 11 March 2015<br> 4 November 2014<br> 30 September 2014<br> 23 September 2014<br> <br> I still haven't had any feedback regarding the recovery of my excess. Hlengiwe simply ignores my efforts to contact. Please provide me with feedback or at the very least respond to my e-mails. I have been a client for some time now and I havent skipped any premiums so there really is no need to ignore me
