IGNORANCE AND INCOMPETENCE

For as long as I can remember since we joined Miway I dont know HOW MANY TIMES I TOLD THEM OVER AND OVER AGAIN to take my installments off on the 1st of every month. ONCE AGAIN they took the payment on the 30th of March which was not paid because my salary is only paid in on the LAST DAY of every month. Therefore the Debit Order was declined and I had to pay for that . I am not sure if there is a LACK OF UNDERSTANDING or IGNORANCE or INCOMPETENCE or UNPROFESIONAL work ethic or ALL OF THE ABOVE. Now they will phone me and appologize leaving me to deal with this NONSENSE every 6 months. I am just FED UP WITH MIWAY
