If you don't like frustration and wasting your money, don't insure with Miway.

I have been with Miway insurance for more than 4 years. I always paid my premiums without fail and never had a claim until the 3rd of March 2024 wjen was recently involved in an accident. From the start what they promised and I was paying for for all these years I didn't get. Firstly, I was left stranded on the highway with 3kids on a rainy evening for hours until my friend came and assisted, guess what? They only activated the Uber voucher that I supposed to get that night 3 days later not on the event of accident like they preached when were selling the policy. It gets worse, almost a month without my car. The panelbeater called me to come collect my car. The paint job and workmanship was terrible. Those guys messed up my car. I called Miway to try solve this problem and I got the we don't care attitude, The manager herself told them she is going home she will deal with this after the easter weekend,after I have been calling the whole day(from 10am until 7pm) trying to get a resolution. First of all the panelbeater was chosen by them. I have paid my access yet they act as if I am the one in the wrong and they are doing a favor.
