If I could give this insurance company 0 stars, I would. Agent dealing with my claim has 0 customer care skill, is never available and couldn't be bothered about notifying me about what is happening with regards to my claim. As great as their premiums may seem to be, don't do it. Rather pay more and go somewhere else where you'd get better service when you need it the most.
