I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance, today I had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Clayton Joseph in the Claims department. He understood my frustration over a current matter and went the extra mile to resolve the situation. His sense of urgency to resolve my matter is on another level, I wish all staff can replicate the same attitude towards their work and customers. Can Clayton please get a shout out for the amazing work he does day in day out.
