I might not have gotten all the names, but Thabang Letsoalo and the entire team that took my call, I really really appreciate. The master stroke was your deployment of a security guard to ensure that I was safe while awaiting arrival of assistance. That made me feel important and relaxed amidst my distress. I also have to stress that this wasn’t the first time that I have experienced this great services. Keep it up, guys. It will be the first time that I refer an insurance company to family and friends.
