I would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance specifically with reference to the excellent service by Dimakatso Mokoena. On 2022/06/22 I called MiWay for consideration of a premium reduction based on me not claiming since my last premium reduction. I was offered a premium reduction by the said consultant on 2022/06/22 but asked for a senior advisor to call me back as I was not happy with what I was offered . Dimakatso called me back on 2022/06/23 and politely introduced herself after which I stated my case. She gladly assisted me in an efficient and effective manner and reduced my premium to my satisfaction in less than 10 minutes.
